In no event shall Chain Hoist Factory or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, or loss of business or profits.
2. Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice. Chain Hoist Factory is not responsible for typographical errors, photographical errors, or pricing errors. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
3. Warranty Limitations
Except as specifically set forth therein, Chain Hoist Factory makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and conformity to models or samples. Chain Hoist Factory is a manufacturer and distributor. Certain materials or third-party components may be covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer's warranties for exported products may vary or may be null and void for products exported outside the original manufacturing jurisdiction.
4. Payment Terms
Terms of payment are within Chain Hoist Factory's sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to, payment must be received prior to our acceptance of an order. Payment for products may be made by credit card, wire transfer, or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to in writing. Invoices are due and payable within the time period noted on the invoice. We may invoice parts of an order separately. Orders are not binding upon us until accepted. Any quotations given will be valid for the period stated on the quotation. Interest will be charged on past due accounts and in the event we have to proceed to collections for failure to pay, the collection costs incurred will be added to the invoice and charged to the customer.
5. Title / Risk of Loss
Title to products and risk of loss passes from Chain Hoist Factory to you upon delivery to the carrier (FOB Shipping Point).
6. Amendments & Applicable Law
These terms and conditions may be amended at any time by Chain Hoist Factory. The laws of the jurisdiction of our registered office shall govern these Terms and Conditions without regard to conflict of law principles.
